Library - Public Performance Report Form - Videos & DVDs
The Columbia Bible College has licensing agreements that allow for public performance of most feature videos, films, or DVDs. These agreements require that each use be reported, whether the film is owned by our library, rented from a video store or privately owned. The licensing agreements are with Audio Cine Films Inc. and Criterion. Please indicate video/DVD title shown in the classroom, student lounge, the common lounge of a dormitory, chapel, library, collegium, common TV room, or in other public areas. It is not necessary to submit a report for private home use. The following report is forwarded to Anne Andres, Associate Librarian (and Copyright liaison)
