Third Year Cross-Cultural Placement/Internship
What is it?
The Intercultural Studies (ICS) Internship is designed as an inter-cultural experiential
learning component of the CBC Intercultural Studies BA curriculum. Scheduled for the third year of the ICS program, this internship builds upon a
strong first two years of intercultural/missions preparation courses.
Students will meet with the ICS Director in their 2nd year of study to discuss possible
placements. Students & alumni have served in or are planning on serving in locations such as: Brazil,
Nepal, Mozambique, Morocco, Mongolia, Portugal, South Africa, Czech Republic, Costa Rica, Ireland, Mexico, Haiti, Guinea-Bissau, India, Rwanda,
Kenya, Australia ... the world is the limit!
