Summer Service Practicum Registration

Contact the service practicum office

Follow the steps below to register for summer service practicum

  • Discuss possibility of summer service with the Service Learning Associate (Christy Brown).

  • Set up service assignment with organization and supervisor.

  • Complete the Summer Service Practicum Registration Form (available from Christy's office or in PDF format below) and get Christy's signature.

  • Register for the Service Practicum credit(s) with the registrar’s office

  • Pay for credit(s) at the front office

  • Have supervisor complete a Supervisor Agreement Form*

  • Return the application form to the Service Practicum office*

*Service Practicum credit will not be given without these forms
