Follow the steps below to register for summer service practicum
Discuss possibility of summer service with the Service Learning Associate.
Set up service assignment with organization and supervisor.
Complete the Summer Service Practicum Registration Form (available from the Service Learning Associate's office or in PDF format below) and get the Service Learning Associate’s signature.
Register for the Service Practicum credit(s) with the registrar’s office
Pay for credit(s) at the front office
Have supervisor complete a Supervisor Agreement Form* (available online)
Return the application form to the Service Practicum office*
*Service Practicum credit will not be given without these forms
