worship arts faculty

The two faculty members of the Worship Arts program at Columbia are Tony Funk and Nelson Boschman. Tony works primarily with choral music. He sings with the Vancouver Cantata Singers, directs the West Coast Mennonite Chamber Choir and works with the choir at CBC. Nelson is a jazz musician. He plays with the Nelson Boschman Trio and the Mennonite Jazz Committee, and directs Quasimodes, the jazz band at CBC. He is also the chapel coordinator. Both teach many of the Worship Arts courses at Columbia. There are also many sessional faculty that assist in teaching Worship Arts courses.
