Aaron Roorda

Aaron graduated from Columbia in 1999 with a B.A. in Biblical Studies (with a diploma in Worship/Music Ministries). He was the Vespers worship
team leader and a Head Resident in dorm during his time here. Aaron comes to us from Trinity Christian Reformed Church where was the Associate Pastor
of Youth/Worship Ministries from 1999-2005. Aaron also spent time as an Interim Pastor at Cedar Valley Mennonite Church, Bethel Mennonite
Church, Olivet Church and Cariboo Bethel MB Church. He is now the Director of Admissions & Financial Aid and also works with new

Candice Green

Education at Columbia in 2004 and her Degree in Inter-Cultural Studies in 2007.
If you have questions about what community
looks like here at Columbia, there is a good chance she will have the answer. She
spent two years in dorms and one year in senior housing. She has also spent a year as a commuter. Candice has been involved with a number of
different committees including Student Council and has also been a Resident Assistant. Candice has organized and participated in Reading Week and
Year-End Missions Trips and has planned a number of crazy fundraisers and social events. If you are a US or International student, or if you are interested in Online Courses, contact Candice for information and help with
applying to Columbia and she will be happy to assist you. You can also drop by and
ask your questions in person because she loves having visitors! If you really want to win her over, bring a caramel macchiato with you from

Heather Geddert

Having transferred from Briercrest in 2004, Heather graduated from Columbia with a BA in Outdoor Leadership in 2007. Experiencing dorm life at
Briercrest, she arrived at Columbia a newlywed and so spent her time here as a commuter student. Heather loves being active! Before joining the
Columbia community she worked in a variety of service industry jobs including, but not limited to, that as a weight trainer, outdoor guide in
rafting, snowshoeing and outdoor kids’ camps (in Kananaskis country, AB). If you would like to apply at CBC or would like more information about our
school and are from anywhere in Canada (excluding lower mainland BC & Vancouver Island) please connect with her and she will be happy to assist
you & answer all your questions as best she can. Most of her interactions with students are by phone or email so if you’re ever in the
neighborhood, stop on in as she would love to meet you in person!

2010-present.
- Favourite activities - competitive volleyball, tennis, playing piano, drinking coffee with friends, studying the Bible,
camping, sight-seeing.
