Hello Alumni!

CBC & ALUMNI RELATIONS NEWS
CBC Alumni Facebook Group
Want to reconnect with old friends from CBC? We've created the Columbia Bible College Alumni Group on Facebook. To join this group, create a profile at www.facebook.com and search for the group Columbia Bible College Alumni. Join the 700+ Alumni already there!
The Great Alumni Search
Many people have submitted alumni update forms and our email and white pages lists are growing daily, but there are many people we still have lost touch with and you can help! People move or change their name and we lose track of them so we are continuously searching for alumni. You are our greatest resource as many of you have stayed in touch with classmates, friends, relatives, or even people you attend church with or work with. You know information that we don't! Check with fellow alumni to see if they are receiving mail from us, if not, we would appreciate information to point us in the right direction or your connection with that person to encourage them to contact us and update their information. The best is to direct them to the website to fill out an alumni update form found at www.columbiabc.edu/alumni!
Alumni Testimonies
Alumni stories are a key to our recruitment process and help people to catch the vision for Columbia. We want to know how your using your Columbia education, whether it's through employment, personal growth or volunteer service in the community. Many prospective students want to know what you can do with a Columbia education and your testimony helps us answer that question. So, send us a short testimony about your time at CBC, what you learned and how you're using that education today. You can send all testimonies to admissions@columbiabc.edu.

Alumni Legacy Homecoming
Did you know that Columbia Bible College (then called Columbia Bible Institute) came into existence with the merging of Mennonite Brethren Bible Institute and Bethel Bible Institute the Fall of 1970? CBC is in process of planning a Legacy Homecoming for all alumni who attended Columbia Bible College or one of the predecessor schools of Columbia Bible College between 1936/37-1969/70. This includes students who attended Elim (Yarrow) Bible School, Sardis Mennonite Bible School, Mennonite Brethren Bible Institute (also known as South Abbotsford Bible School, Mennonite Brethren Bible School and Bethel Bible School MB), Black Creek Bible School, Bethel Bible Institute (Bethel Bible School), Greendale Bible School, East Chilliwack Mennonite Brethren Bible School and Columbia Bible Institute. If you attended during those years or know people who did, please make sure we have the correct contact information so we can send you invitations to this event! If you are interested in being a part of the planning committee, please contact Adel Klassen adel.klassen@columbiabc.edu.
