Giving to Columbia Bible College

“Bring all the tithes into the storehouse…and try Me now in this,” says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessings that there will not be room enough to receive it.”  Malachi 3:10

Introduction
: Columbia depends largely on the gifts of its alumni, friends and founding churches to help provide the Biblical instruction and positive community experience that thousands of students over the decades have come here to find. As a donor, your financial investment enables Columbia to keep tuition costs manageable which, in turn, affords more students the opportunity of a solid, Christ-centered education.

Students contribute about 70% of what it costs to provide for their education. Another 10% is raised through Auxiliary Services (catering, hospitality, etc.) Columbia depends on the gifts of its alumni, friends and founding churches for the final 20%. As a donor, your financial investment enables Columbia to keep tuition costs manageable which, in turn, affords more students the opportunity of a solid, Christ-centered education.

Columbia Fund: The Columbia Fund is represents the “life-blood” of day-to-day operations. Behind the scenes a receptionist answers the questions of a student; a counselor helps a student through a particularly hard time; facilities are kept clean and working condition. Gifts to the Columbia Fund (or Annual Fund) help make up the difference between what students pay in tuition and what it actually costs for students to attend Columbia. Gifts to the Columbia Fund are not usually designated to any particular project or program but are given for the school to use where most needed.

Giving to a Project: Gifts that are designated for a specific project and/or fund will be directed as per the donor’s request. However, if funding for a particular project is no longer required, gifts will be used where needed most. All cash gifts and eligible gifts-in-kind are tax-deductible and will be receipted accordingly. Here is a list of projects to which you can also donate online.
