Meeting Room Options
The Columbia Conference Centre has a wide variety of meeting rooms available. Whether you have needs for a large or small group, we have the room
for you. Please scroll down this page for the various options.
Auditorium
The Auditorium is our largest meeting room, seating 250 people comfortably. It is equipped with a raised stage, sound system, and
ceiling mounted LCD projector.
Lounges
The Conference has two lounges available to our guests. Wonderful areas where guests can gather to visit and relax .
Clearwood Room
The Clearwood Room is a multi-purpose room that is excellent for smaller group gatherings. Furniture arrangement is flexible as it can be tables
with chairs, or rows of chairs. The Clearwood Room can seat up to 78 comfortably around tables. The room is equipped with a house sound system,
overhead projector, screen, ceiling mounted LCD projector, and DVD player for your convenience. Lots of windows to allow natural light but
also providing window screens to block out part of the light when needed.
Classrooms
For groups that are between 16-50 people, there are a number of meeting rooms available. Each room is equipped with an overhead projector, screen,
whiteboard, ceiling mounted LCD projector, speakers, and DVD player for your convenience.
