Campus Maintenance Services

Maintenance staff take care of simple day-to-day issues like plugged toilets and light bulb replacements to more complicated items like heating/cooling system servicing. Our service technicians will respond to non-emergency items within 24 hrs. Emergencies will see a response time of 20 minutes or less. All service requests are handled through our Campus Maintenance web site.  We are always looking for feedback on our services so feel free to send us an email as to how you feel your request was handled.
