Maintenance staff take care of simple day-to-day issues like plugged toilets and light bulb replacements to more complicated items like heating/cooling system servicing. Our service technicians will respond to non-emergency items within 24 hrs. Emergencies will see a response time of 20 minutes or less. All service requests are handled through our Campus Maintenance web site.
