Things you should know:

• Custom design on any menu is available
• Items such as punch fountain, table clothes, water goblets, etc are optional
• No delivery fee if within Abbotsford, B.C. (surcharges apply if outside Abbotsford)
• Consultation on room set up provided when using facilities on campus
• No alcohol/smoking/drugs permitted on campus. If off campus, we can place the wine bottles but are not licensed to serve.
• Suggested 12% gratuity added to each invoice
• Final details required 2 weeks prior to event
• Required at time of booking are $200 booking deposit  and also your signature on our agreement form
• Final payment due within 21 days of receiving the final invoice
