Please remember to fill in all the information that will be requested. If we do not know what building or room you are in, it is very difficult
for use to respond to your service request.

Please be advised that by requesting maintenance or custodial services, you are giving the Buildings & Grounds Dept. permission to enter
your dorm room. As for the Women's Dorm, maintenance or custodial staff will wait until 10AM before entering.
If your room is not ready by 10am please be advised your maintenance or custodial item may not be taken care of that day and will move to
the next possible time.
