Counselling Services Supervisor

The Counselling Services  Supervisor is responsible for the supervision, administration and development of personal counselling services offered to students of CBC. This position has a regular ongoing contract season of August 16 to April 30, with a work load of 80% (4 days/week).  Please view the job description for full details and qualifications.

Development Events Administrator

The Development Events Administrator is responsible for the execution of, and solicitation of supporting resources for, events on behalf of the CBC Development Department. This position requires excellent communicative, administrative and time management skills, as well as a desire to build long-term relationships with sponsors, donors and venders.

The two premier events that the Events Administrator will oversee are our Columbia Annual Fundraising Dinner (late October) and our Columbia Open Annual Golf Tournament (early June). This is a regular on-going part-time position with some schedule flexibility to accommodate the administration of Development Events for both the Fall and Spring.  The regular contract weeks will be approximately 16 – 20 hours per week with an increase in hours during the week of the event.  If you demonstrate these skills, enjoy planning events and are passionate about being a part of the mission of ‘equipping people for a life of discipleship, ministry, and leadership in service to the church and community’, please view the job description for more details and qualifications.

Athletic Events and Media Coordinator

The Events and Media Coordinator is a part-time position (20 hours/week) with a contract term of September through March 15.  This coordinator provides management and supervision of all Bearcats home games and all game day staff.  This includes planning, training, supervising, coordinating, and reporting, as well as assisting in other Bearcat events.  This individual will also oversee all Bearcat media including the Bearcat Blog and social media.  Please view the job description for full details and qualifications.
