Executive Assistant to the President

The role of the Executive Assistant to the President is to provide administration support to the President, Lead Team (Committee) and Board of Directors.  This position is also responsible for event management of the President's Office initiatives.  Please view the job description for full details and qualifications.

Director of Hospitality Operations

The Hospitality Department primarily serves as an auxiliary business operation to the College. The purpose is to provide efficient and cost effective services for College operations and to generate external revenue from external parties.
The Director of Hospitality Operations accomplishes business goals by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; interacting with various departments (Facilities, Custodial and Information Technology) in the accomplishment of objectives.
The Hospitality Department at CBC is comprised of the following activities:
• Summer Conferences
• Food Services
• Catering
• Facilities & Food Services Coordination during the academic year.

Athletic Events and Media Coordinator

The Events and Media Coordinator is a part-time position (20 hours/week) with a contract term of September through March 15.  This coordinator provides management and supervision of all Bearcats home games and all game day staff.  This includes planning, training, supervising, coordinating, and reporting, as well as assisting in other Bearcat events.  This individual will also oversee all Bearcat media including the Bearcat Blog and social media.  Please view the job description for full details and qualifications.
