How To Set Up A Registration Appointment

 

Here's a reminder of the steps you'll need to complete so you can register for classes next semester:

  

STEP 1: COMPLETE THE PRE-REGISTRATION FORM.


You need to complete a new pre-reg form every semester. 
This form gives Columbia a clear picture of the number of students to expect so we can plan everything from grocery lists to the grad ceremony. Go to the Pre-Reg Form.

STEP 2: PAY TUITION DEPOSIT.


Your deposit will range from $100 to $800 and depends on your program and whether you're a commuter or a resident.

Ways to Pay

    • Credit card: use this online form (easiest!)
    • Online banking: Add Columbia Bible College as a payee and use your Student ID as your account number. (Also easy!)
    • Debit or cash: In person, at Reception (1st floor of the Resource Centre)
    • Cheque: By mail or in person.

STEP 3: SCHEDULE YOUR REGISTRATION APPOINTMENT. 


No more line-ups! You will now set up your registration appointment using our online booking system below. If you've completed steps 1 & 2, you should be able to scroll down and see the booking window. (Don't forget to log into My CBC.) Get your pre-reg form and deposit in early to avoid delays!

 

Registration Timeline for Next Semester

  • Monday, November 2 - 7 AM: Eligible* students graduating in April 2021/December 2021 will be able to book their appointments.
  • Tuesday, November 3 - 3:00 PM: All other eligible* continuing students will be able to book their appointments.
  • Monday, November 9 - 8:00 AM: First available registration appointment.
  • Thursday, December 17 - 4:00 PM: Online booking app closes. After this date, please see Reception to confirm availability of Diane, Erv, or Greg.

*Students are eligible to book a registration appointment when pre-reg forms and deposits are received and processed.

Due to COVID-19, this year all appointments will take place as MS Teams video meetings rather than in person.



With whom do I book?

  • Certificate students should book their registration appointment with Diane Vint.
  • Diploma and 1st year BA students should book their registration appointment with Greg Thiessen.
  • 2nd, 3rd & 4th year BA students should book their registration appointment with Erv Klassen.
